Lewis Black’s “Back In Black” segments on The Daily Show are usually both humorous and on the mark. I particularly enjoyed this week’s segment where he discusses the propensity that U.S. politicians have for focusing on unimportant and/or meaningless issues. He begins with this, which sums it up pretty well:
In politics, anyone can talk about the issues. But it takes an experienced politician to know what really matters: the non-issues. And that’s where our Congress really shines.
