I found some parodies of the Mac vs PC commercials via Lee Hodges blog. I think they are pretty clever and make a good point. As Christians, who are we? For what are we known? Are we Christians in name only? I posted several posts last year around this time asking similar questions, wondering how others see us.
I am including the first video here, so you can check it out. Be sure and watch the others - see Lee’s post here. He’s also added a follow-up post where he shares his own thoughts about them and their message.
While at YouTube checking out those videos, I came across this one - totally unrelated to the others - which I just thought was pretty cool. Check it out.
I have a different take. I like CCC of Naperville, it’s a good place, but I think they’re off-base here, because this appears condescending. Hey, I agree with the sentiment. Unfortunately it appears mostly judgmental and rude.
